Taking a somewhat different approach...
If I hosted a social media platform, there would definitely NOT be "free" speech. The "community guidelines" would have to be in alignment with the following:
"For we all stumble in many things. If anyone does not stumble in word, he is a perfect man, able also to bridle the whole body. Indeed, we put bits in horses’ mouths that they may obey us, and we turn their whole body. Look also at ships: although they are so large and are driven by fierce winds, they are turned by a very small rudder wherever the pilot desires. Even so the tongue is a little member and boasts great things.See how great a forest a little fire kindles! And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity. The tongue is so set among our members that it defiles the whole body, and sets on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire by hell. For every kind of beast and bird, of reptile and creature of the sea, is tamed and has been tamed by mankind. But no man can tame the tongue. It is an unruly evil, full of deadly poison. With it we bless our God and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in the similitude of God. Out of the same mouth proceed blessing and cursing. My brethren, these things ought not to be so. Does a spring send forth fresh water and bitter from the same opening? Can a fig tree, my brethren, bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Thus no spring yields both salt water and fresh." James 3:2-12.
"But I tell you that men will give an account on the day of judgment for every careless word they have spoken." Matthew 12:36
"A man is not defiled by what enters his mouth, but by what comes out of it." Matthew 15:11
"Let your speech always be gracious, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone." Colossians 4:6
"Let no unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building up the one in need and bringing grace to those who listen." Ephesians 4:29
"The tongue of the wise uses knowledge rightly, But the mouth of fools pours forth foolishness." Proverbs 15:2
"The heart of the righteous ponders how to answer, but the mouth of the wicked blurts out evil." Proverbs 15:28
"A man hath joy by the answer of his mouth: and a word spoken in due season, how good is it!" Proverbs 15:23,28
"A wholesome tongue is a tree of life, But perverseness in it breaks the spirit." Proverbs 15:4.
"Pleasant words are as an honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and health to the bones." Proverbs 16:24
(Several translations used in foregoing.)
Much Scripture is devoted to the use of speech, for folly or for Wisdom...
Let us attend to Wisdom.
Light has no fellowship with darkness.
The first order of Creation was the end of "chaos". It is without question, in my opinion, that never has there been so much chaos stirred up by everyone shooting off whatever goes past their brain. Could this be the intention, to reignite chaos and conflict, by giving platforms to the unrestrained and undisciplined?
Christians need to consider more deeply about freedom of speech, as far as their Lord's directives on the subject. The pen and/or the keyboard have become the extension of the tongue.
And, as always - you have the right to remain silent.
